The first amendment of the Constitution protects certain freedoms. The freedom that I'm going to talk about is the freedom of religion. The freedom of religion means that people in the United States can practice their religion without government interference. It has also been used to keep church and state apart. You can find a summary of a case dealing with this amendment on the page: Sydne: Freedom of Religion. It is under the tag Sydne: Freedom of Religion. There, you will also find a link to this case.
