    What this court case was about is that officials from McCreary, Pulaski and Harlan counties in Kentucky set up the protestant version of the ten commandments from the King James version of the Bible in certain schools , and were later sued for this.

    The freedom of religion is a part of the first ammendment. What freedom of religion means is that it doesn't matter what your religion is. You will always have the same amount of rights and responsibilities any other person would.
