The Fourth Amendment in the Constitution is the right agaisnt and illegal search and seizure of someone's property. The definition is that no person can search and take anything from a person unless they have a search warrent. Also, law inforcements can search and seize someones belongings, but only if they suspect it could bring harm to someone.
