    BUS!
The bus ride to and from PEEC was very fun. We met the Lavallette students on the bus and we all became very good friends. On the bus i sat with Sydne, James, Craig, Trinity, and Danielle. We took many pictures and made many fun memories on the bus trips for PEEC. On the way home I sat with Lily, Jasmine, Josh, and Craig. On our cameras we took videos and ate food that didn't get eaten at PEEC. On the ride back we were more friendly with the Lavallette students, girls and boys.

    TEAM BUILDING!
The Team Building was the first activity we participated in, at PEEC. We did many things including:
    a) Getting into lines by birthdays, last names, ect. but we couldn't talk! So it made it a challenge.
    b) We managed to fit 8 people on a small tree stomp. It took forever, but it was a lot of fun.
    c) Our team had to go through a "spider web".
    d) There were also many more.

    TWO POND TRAILS!
This was the first trail we walked. It was a fun experience to have and I will never forget it. It was cool to walk on the trail with new friends and learn about the plants and animal around us. We found many insects and little creatures like Newts (We called them Fig Newtons!) and frogs. It was nice to see to two ponds, they were very nice. It looked like nothing was even living in there, because the water barley moved! But once we did the stream study I was proved wrong. :)

    CONFIDENCE COURSE!
When we arrived at the confidence corse every thing looked like an obstacle... and it was! Most things were independent but one or two of them required at least two people. My friend Jasmine and I were working together to get across a wire, it took a lot of effort but finally we made it across. On one of the independent courses was walking across at least 5 swings!

    WILD LIFE STUDY!
This activity taught us about the importance of keeping plants and animals safe and learning about how they live. We played many games including; Food and habitat (a game to teach us about the life cycle of a deer) and Bat and Moth (one person would put a mask on to cover their eyes and the other people would run away from the bat while saying 'MOTH!')

    BONFIRE!

    CANOEING!
On the second day we went out to a large lake and went canoeing. We canoed in a large lake with a small island in the middle. The canoes were made of metal, two people were at each end with paddles steering us in a good direction. One of the times that i was paddling i pushed us right into the grass in the water! IT WAS BAD! It took us about 10 minutes to get out of it. When we paddled next to the other kids we would every once and a while splash them!

    ORIENTEERING!
Orienteering was very fun! They provided us a large wooden map and a small compass. I was in a group with Anna (Bay Head) and Jasmine (Lavallette), we 'accidentally' got lost. But it was a lot of fun. I think we went too far because we were walking for about 30 minutes and then we hit a road! So we had to go back and start all over. But we did pretty good! :)

    STREAM STUDY!
At the stream study we found many cool animals. We had spoons and buckets and we looked for as many animals as we ran across the muddy stream. I was in a team with Jasmine (Lavallette), Rayna (Lavvallette), and Anna (Bay Head). We didn't do very good, but we had fun. The boys caught a lot of things like salamanders, water bugs, and worms! It was a great way to see all of the wildlife that lived in the streams.

    FOSSIL TRAIL!
The Fossil Trail was a lot of fun. It was a long trail but once we got to see the fossils it made the trip a lot better. The fossils were set on a log so everyone could see them. We were allowed to touch and hold them as long as we put them back so other could see them too. After we looked at the fossils we saw a large mountain. Our teachers let us climb up the large hill, we had to help each other up because it was so big. We took many pictures and found many Newts!

    ZELANKA!
Our teachers told us about a man who owned hundreds of different animals, we were all very exited to see if it was true. We all sat around a elderly man who had a lot of boxes. We did not know what was in the boxes until he took out a bunny! He owned a yellow snake, he gave a couple of kids and me a long think rope. He told us to stand in the front and hold the rope up. Once we got to the front we did as he said, all of a sudden the puts the large snake on the rope! It was so heavy! Zelanka owned many animals and showed us and told us a lot about them. It was cool to see all of these animals so close.

    TUMBLING WATERS!
This was definitely the best trail. The waterfalls were beautiful! The trail was VERY VERY long but.... a lot of fun! I hope that one day I can go back. Oh yeah, and someone fell in the water! I felt really bad because she got all wet. We could also walk across the rocks and logs to get to the other side!
