We can all agree that this last year has been tough and we have all been faced with challenges. With so much going on and being in a constant state of resilience it's easy to push aside our self-care needs.
That is why I am asking you to participate in the Summer of Self-Care Challenge. Over the summer, I challenge you all to create a self-care plan and take the time to do something off your list once a day! It is so important that we continue to take care of our physical, emotional and mental needs so we can be the best version of ourselves!
Self care is personal, so if the items on this list just don’t do it for you, pick another activity you enjoy. Just do something for you. These are simply suggestions to get you started on the right foot for a summer full of relaxation, joy, and self love. I will be participating in the challenge as well and would love to hear some things you all are doing, please feel free to email me and share!
