Sport Physicals

Sports Physicals for the 2021/2022 school year will be August 31st, 2021 in the Bay Head School Health office. If your child will be completing his/her sports physical with our school physician, Dr. Paul Farrell, please e-mail Mrs. Sierotko at [email protected]. The physicals will run from 9am-12pm. Sports physicals are necessary for all school sports throughout the year. Bay Head School’s sports are currently open to 5th-8th graders.
